We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to create engaging, impactful, and learner-centered digital content.

This role focuses on designing and developing e-learning materials, interactive courses, and multimedia assets that enhance the overall learning experience. The ideal candidate is skilled in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and creative tools such as Articulate Rise360 and Canva.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating graphics, visuals, and videos with Canva to increase engagement. They will also optimize course frameworks to meet content and learner needs, collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content, and ensure quality standards and learner-first design in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate Rise360.
  • Create graphics, visuals, and videos with Canva to increase engagement.
  • Optimize course frameworks to meet content and learner needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content.
  • Ensure quality standards and learner-first design in all deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with training teams to align course design with program goals.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into easy-to-understand learning content.
  • Coordinate with vendors or external partners for multimedia and design needs.
Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years in instructional design and e-learning development.
  • Strong expertise in Articulate Rise360, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory.
  • Ability to transform technical or complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
