We are seeking a talented professional to create engaging content, build our brand presence, and drive growth through compelling storytelling, strategic public relations efforts, and effective email marketing campaigns.

This role involves creating diverse content, building community, and developing email marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions. You will be a strong storyteller with excellent writing skills, a proactive approach to outreach, and a knack for crafting engaging emails.

  • Create high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media updates, email newsletters, and more.
  • Research relevant industry publications, develop compelling guest article pitches, write high-quality guest posts, and manage the submission process.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials to announce company news, product launches, and achievements.
  • Support the development of strategies to enhance leadership visibility and establish them as thought leaders through interviews, speaking engagements, and content contributions.
  • Create and manage profiles on relevant online platforms, actively engage with audiences, and foster a positive brand presence.
  • Write engaging email copy for newsletters, promotional campaigns, product updates, and automated email flows.
  • Develop strategies to distribute content effectively across various channels, leveraging email marketing to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Analyze the performance of content, PR, and email marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, public relations, and/or email marketing.
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Create engaging content for diverse audiences and platforms according to sales and marketing funnels.
  • Experience in developing and executing PR strategies.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and deliverability.
  • Manage and grow email lists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • A creative and proactive approach with passion for storytelling, brand building, and driving results.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing for email optimization.
