Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in solar energy sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend events.
