Main Objectives:
  • Oversee sales and orders booked by Sales Representatives, ensuring timely execution and maximum revenue potential.
  • Analyze daily sales trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions to boost productivity.
  • Set and track channel-wise targets for GT, LMT, and IMT, promoting strategic alignment and goal-oriented behavior.
  • Evaluate and optimize SKU/Call and Route Coverage, guaranteeing seamless customer experience and optimal sales outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase daily sales productivity, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced sales environment.
