Sales Leadership Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales teams in export and domestic markets, driving business growth through effective strategy formulation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement annual and monthly sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  2. Market Intelligence Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  3. Supplier Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
  4. Cash Flow Management: Oversee the collection of payments, manage debtors, and resolve customer claims in a timely manner.
  5. Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve customer service and overall satisfaction.
  6. Talent Performance Evaluation: Regularly review and evaluate the activities and achievements of sales staff to ensure they meet performance targets.
  7. Liaison Office Oversight: Monitor and oversee the profitability and operations of liaison offices to ensure alignment with business goals.
Job Requirements

Designation: Senior Sales Executive
Reporting To: Regional Manager
Position Reporting: For Export and Domestic Sections & liaison offices
Qualifications: Degree in Marketing/Management or related field, Graduates.
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years experience in sales, marketing or trading activities in related industry.
