Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team at Assent Executive as a Sales Territory Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a designated sales territory to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

You will develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts. Your ability to leverage strategic partnerships and alliances will be crucial in driving sales into end-user accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in indirect sales and procurement environments, with a strong understanding of high-tech sales techniques and processes. You will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to motivate and train Solution Partners to drive revenue growth within their assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to grow the sales territory
  • Negotiating contracts and managing customer relationships
  • Leveraging strategic partnerships and alliances to drive sales
  • Motivating and training Solution Partners to drive revenue growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8-12 years prior territory sales experience in a high-tech environment
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate and train Solution Partners
