Job Title: Assistant Manager Tax

  We are seeking an experienced and skilled tax professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This role will be responsible for preparing cases related to Federal and Provincial Fiscal Laws, representing the company in Fiscal Courts, and handling corporate matters under the Companies Ordinance of 1984.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present cases before Fiscal Courts up to the Tribunal stage.
  • Deal with corporate matters, including financial transactions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex fiscal laws.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively represent the company in court.
  3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
  4. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to resolve disputes and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  5. Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
  6. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze financial data.
  7. Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
