About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Development Consultant to spearhead our ERP development and implementation efforts. This is a full-time position that involves leading a team of developers and overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the architecture, technology stack, and development roadmap for our ERP/accounting software. You will also lead the development of key features such as accounting, inventory management, payroll, CRM, and reporting modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting processes and ERP functionalities, including AR/AP, GL, payroll, inventory, and CRM. Experience in developing modular ERP systems with microservices architecture is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the architecture, technology stack, and development roadmap for the ERP/accounting software.
  • Lead the development of key features such as accounting, inventory management, payroll, CRM, and reporting modules.
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, modular, and adaptable for future enhancements.
Technical Leadership

You will be responsible for providing technical guidance to resolve complex challenges and bottlenecks. Your experience in managing development teams and delivering large-scale projects will be invaluable in this role.

Your ability to work in agile environments and prioritize deliverables effectively will ensure that we meet our project deadlines. As a leader, you will also need to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
