Senior Finance Transformation Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced Senior Finance Transformation Manager to lead the end-to-end management of SAP transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams consisting of internal resources, external vendors, and consultants.
  • Partner with functional teams, business units, and leadership to identify business process improvements and deliver SAP-enabled solutions.
  • Act as the key liaison between business users, IT teams, and external consultants to ensure alignment of technology with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of progressive experience in SAP projects, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in finance, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field (Master's In Finance / ACCA / CA) preferred. SAP certifications would be an added advantage.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and related modules (e.g., FICO, REFX, MM, SD, PP, PM etc.).
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP transformation projects in medium to large enterprises.
