We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and launch of our PubGuru Ads product across web, mobile, and CTV platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through innovative product solutions.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ad tech professional to join our team and take ownership of our PubGuru Ads product. You will work closely with our engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a world-class product that meets the evolving needs of our publishers.

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for PubGuru Ads across web, mobile, and CTV platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with customer needs
  • Drive business growth through innovative product solutions and data-driven decision making
  • Gather customer feedback, conduct competitive research, and use data to inform product decisions
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and adoption
  • Pursue strategic partnerships to accelerate growth, particularly in mobile and CTV
  • Advocate for the voice of the publisher – always prioritizing products that deliver real value
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in ad tech, specifically focused on the publisher side
  • Hands-on experience with prebid.js is essential
  • A proven track record of executing successful product launches and GTM strategies
  • A deep understanding of ad monetization on mobile apps (e.g., rewarded video, interstitials, in-app bidding)
  • Experience working across desktop, mobile, and CTV environments
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment
  • The ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, dynamic space
