As a Product Manager at our company, you will play a critical role in developing and launching our PubGuru Ads product across web, mobile, and CTV platforms. With a focus on ad tech expertise and a passion for innovation, you will collaborate with our cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class product that drives business growth and exceeds customer expectations.

About the Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance for an experienced ad tech professional to join our team and shape the future of our PubGuru Ads product. You will work closely with our engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product innovation, execute GTM strategies, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for PubGuru Ads across web, mobile, and CTV platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with customer needs
  • Drive business growth through innovative product solutions and data-driven decision making
  • Gather customer feedback, conduct competitive research, and use data to inform product decisions
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and adoption
  • Pursue strategic partnerships to accelerate growth, particularly in mobile and CTV
  • Advocate for the voice of the publisher – always prioritizing products that deliver real value
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in ad tech, specifically focused on the publisher side
  • Hands-on experience with prebid.js is crucial
  • A proven track record of executing successful product launches and GTM strategies
  • A deep understanding of ad monetization on mobile apps (e.g., rewarded video, interstitials, in-app bidding)
  • Experience working across desktop, mobile, and CTV environments
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment
  • The ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, dynamic space
