About Us:

We're building an AI-powered social commerce platform that delivers human-like conversational experiences and automated moderation for businesses and creators. Join us as a technical co-founder to architect the backbone of our product and lead our engineering vision.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop scalable AI/ML systems for natural language processing (NLP) and moderation.
  2. Build and manage a remote engineering team; set technical roadmaps.
  3. Optimize infrastructure for performance and security.
  4. Collaborate with the Tech Team to align tech development with business goals.
  5. Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements (e.g., LLMs, reinforcement learning).
  6. Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards.

Job Specification:

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Tech Founder, CTO, or Lead Engineer in AI-driven startups.
  2. Expertise in NLP and cloud architecture.
  3. Strong background in full-stack development.
  4. Fluency in English and Urdu for team/client communication.
