The Role of a Financial Operations Manager.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to the organization. This includes preparing and reviewing management reports, monitoring pharmacy cash closing and account work across branches, and maintaining ledgers and bank reconciliation records.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly accounts and cash flow statements.
- Monitor daily pharmacy cash activities and account work across multiple locations.
- Maintain up-to-date ledgers and reconcile bank records to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Process payroll and salary disbursements in accordance with company policies.
- Verify expenses claimed and bills received to prevent fraudulent activities.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and coordinate annual audit work.
- Manage employee benefits contributions and maintain related records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by coordinating with relevant authorities.
To succeed in this role, you will require hands-on experience with SAP ERP, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about finance and compliance.
