Job Responsibilities

The primary function of this role is to coordinate financial management activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and presentation of financial reports. Key responsibilities include arranging financial statements on a monthly and daily basis, preparing and organizing all files and tax reports at local, federal, and state levels, supporting assessment activities, and maintaining records of profit and loss statements, monthly costs, and closing accounting records.

  • Compile and analyze financial data for better understanding of financial entries, especially for broad ledger accounts.
  • Review and monitor the accounting process for accuracy, effectiveness, and comprehensiveness.
  • Analyze expenditures and revenues, providing suggestions and proposals for financial planning and accounting improvements.
  • Resolve accounting issues through inquiries and establishing a more organized auditing system.
  • Explain accounting policies and billing invoices to vendors, staff, and clients.
  • Identify and address accounting inconsistencies.
