Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer

As a meticulous Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of software through rigorous testing. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute test plans, identify defects, and guarantee that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality assurance and has a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects, and participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle to ensure quality at every phase.

  • Develop Test Plans and Cases: Create, document, and execute test plans and cases for web and mobile applications to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Identify and Track Defects: Identify, log, and track software defects using bug tracking systems to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with Developers: Work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
  • Perform Manual and Automated Testing: Perform manual and automated testing as required to ensure thorough testing and validation.
  • Quality Assurance Expertise: Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle to ensure quality at every phase, from planning to deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in testing methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge: Possess knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a focus on quality assurance and testing.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
