Job Title: Key Account Executive
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the FMCG sector. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop Strategic Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success.
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Provide Exceptional Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and Present Reports: Develop and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Cultivate Collaborative Relationships: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely deliveries.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients while maintaining profitability.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Experience in managing large retail or wholesale accounts in the FMCG industry is highly valued.
