Senior Manager Digital Marketing Job Description: CureMD is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic digital initiatives and expand online presence, generate high-quality leads, and strengthen brand recognition globally. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead forward-thinking data-driven digital marketing strategy to significantly boost online traffic, increase conversion rates, and elevate brand visibility. Oversee performance-driven campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social platforms, and content. Lead coach and scale a team of marketing professionals creating a culture of high performance innovation and continuous learning. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent brand messaging across digital initiatives. Drive full-funnel campaign strategies from ideation to execution optimizing both organic and paid media across platforms to maximize ROI. Define monitor and report on KPIs utilizing tools like Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and AI-driven marketing solutions for data-backed decision-making. Spearhead content strategy and brand storytelling efforts to ensure a strong digital voice that resonates with target audiences and builds trust. Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field Master's degree or advanced certifications in digital marketing preferred. 10 - 12 years of progressive digital marketing experience including 4+ years in a leadership role. Deep expertise in SEO paid media content marketing campaign management email automation and brand development. Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics GA4 CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
