This exciting opportunity is for an HR Professional Manager who can take charge of developing and implementing human resources policies, programs and practices. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maintain positive employee relations;
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including creating and distributing contractual announcements;
  • Participating in recruitment efforts, creating job ads, and scheduling job interviews;
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases, updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records, and performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Employee Relations: Maintaining and enhancing employee relations through various initiatives and activities;
  • HR Administration: Providing administrative support to the HR team;
  • Recruitment: Participating in recruitment efforts;
  • Record Maintenance: Maintaining current HR files and databases.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration or HR Management;
  • More than 4-5 years of relevant work experience in HR in a reputable organization;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organization and project management skills;
  • Friendly and personable demeanor;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
