We are a rapidly growing distributor for electronic and industrial automation products of leading European brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a role where you will be providing support to the team in all aspects of tendering and business winning activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with clients quickly and assertively influence, and actively manage, customer expectations is essential.

  • Daily reporting to ensure that daily activity is in line with company policy.
  • Product selection for our online selling platform, preparing customer quotations, following up on orders and deliveries.
  • Maintaining customer service levels at each stage of the sales process.
  • Developing existing clients and recruiting new clients for business growth and development.
  • Providing telephone support to customers.
  • Supporting the technical team in additional areas as required.
  • Carrying out general administration duties such as filing, logging calls, database administration etc.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with minimum or no supervision, good command over English (written and spoken), and well presented.
