The ideal candidate will have experience as a limousine dispatcher, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of limousines and drivers to meet client requests and reservations.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by handling client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  3. Communication: Communicate with drivers and clients via phone or electronic messaging to relay instructions, updates, and changes to itineraries.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, trips, and driver schedules. Keep track of client information, preferences, and special requests.
  5. Problem Solving: Handle unexpected situations or disruptions, such as traffic delays or vehicle issues, to ensure clients' needs are met.
  6. Billing: Prepare invoices and process financial transactions related to limousine services.
  7. Fleet Management: Monitor the condition and maintenance of the limousine fleet, scheduling routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, chauffeurs, and team members. The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is essential.
