Job Description

As an Admin & Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing all vouchers and posting them to financial software. This includes QuickBooks, MS Office, and other business management tools. You will assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll, reconcile monthly bank statements, verify all deposits, and handle discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and post vouchers to financial software.
  • Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements and verify all deposits.
  • Handle discrepancies and problems related to financial matters.

You will also be responsible for income and sales tax preparation and e-filing, as well as assisting in preparing accounts/documents for final audit of the organization. Additionally, you will perform day-to-day official admin matters, including employees file management.
