
Sales Enablement Specialist

The role requires a strong problem-solving skillset, ability to communicate insights clearly, and detail-oriented approach. You must also be able to build strong working relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Key ObjectivesYou will directly own key programs to drive improved sales and more efficient processes. These processes could include opportunity management, CPQ management and ordering/contracting, as examples.
- Identify, scope and lead critical projects and initiatives end-to-end by partnering with cross-functional teams across the organizations
- Provide project management leadership and drive process changes for large-scale initiatives
- Define and measure key metrics/KPls to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency
As a Global Process Owner, you will bring a range of skills and qualifications to the role. A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred. 3+ years of experience, with a focus on tech enablement and process definition, are also preferred. Sales Operations, Business Operations, or top consulting firm experience is also beneficial.
