Our company seeks a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee various projects involving the laying of Optical Fiber Cable across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 200+ personnel in the deployment of Optical Fiber Cable.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth execution of civil work projects.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to guarantee alignment with project objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of civil works, construction materials, and their specifications. A minimum Intermediate education is required, with relevant experience in civil work projects preferably in Optical Fiber Cable laying.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of civil works and construction materials.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prepare and implement construction schedules.
  • Understanding of drawings/maps.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in civil work projects, particularly in Optical Fiber Cable laying.
  • Hands-on experience in client liaison and project coordination.
