We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to join our team and contribute to the implementation of large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan, configure, and implement D365 Commerce solutions for clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Solution Development: Develop solutions based on your in-depth knowledge of business processes and D365 Commerce, creating value-added features and functionalities.
  • Client Interaction and Communication: Act as the primary interface between clients and development & quality engineering teams, providing clear clarifications and facilitating effective communication.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Perform thorough user acceptance testing of system functionalities and business processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors.
  • Project Workflow Management: Participate in setting up and executing project workflows, coordinating tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX, specifically in Retail modules, with at least 3 years in Dynamics 365 Commerce.
  • Hands-on experience in Retail/Commerce and e-Commerce industries, understanding ERP value flows and ability to manage requirements, scope, and risks effectively.
  • Strong client interaction skills, stakeholder management, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Project Management principles, Azure, and ERP/business system integrations, including basic SQL query writing skills.
  • Possession of Dynamics 365 Retail/Commerce certifications and experience in user onboarding, post-onboarding support, and working with global teams.
