Senior Architect Job Opening

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to oversee the design and construction of residential projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with clients to develop design concepts that meet their needs.
  2. Create detailed architectural plans, including drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
  3. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion.
  4. Supervise the construction process to ensure design specifications are followed accurately.
  5. Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues that may arise.
  6. Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure seamless coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working on residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
