About Our Role:

We are looking for ambitious Sales Executives to sell residential and commercial plots in our premium housing projects.

Key Tasks:

  1. Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  2. Contact potential clients to present and explain the features and benefits of our plots and housing projects.
  3. Conduct property site visits and provide detailed project information to prospective buyers.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
  6. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and client needs to tailor sales strategies.
  7. Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
  8. Represent us at sales and marketing events.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred).
  2. 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate or a related industry.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  6. Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
  8. Own conveyance is preferred.
