Product Sourcing Specialist

The selected candidate will be responsible for the entire garment supply chain, from sourcing to delivery. The job requires close collaboration with suppliers and management to ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the production process to ensure that products are produced on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate the sampling process with other teams and suppliers to ensure samples meet design and quality standards.
- Oversee the purchase order process, including creating purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of information, tracking orders, and resolving any discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, experience in vendor selection and management, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Other Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and managing costs related to materials and supplies, identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating prices, and monitoring expenses.
