Job Summary

Brand Marketing Specialist:

Leverage your marketing expertise to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for a leading property management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. 1. Brand Strategy and Messaging:

    Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's mission and values.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging frameworks, turning platform features into compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.

    Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels, ensuring clear and impactful communication.

  2. 2. Campaign Execution and Performance:

    Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, social media, and events, to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

    Work closely with creative teams to develop high-quality assets, including landing pages, video content, and visuals that connect with target audiences.

    Monitor and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, balancing creative storytelling with measurable impact.

  3. 3. Content Creation and Thought Leadership:

    Develop content that establishes the company as an authority in short-term rental property management, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.

    Collaborate on educational campaigns that demonstrate how property owners can increase revenue and simplify operations using the platform.

    Partner with PR teams to amplify success stories and innovations.

  4. 4. Event and Conference Marketing:

    Represent the company at industry events, positioning the platform as the solution of choice for property owners and managers.

    Work with teams to design engaging booth experiences, including lead-generation activities and live product demonstrations.

    Gather insights from event participants to inform future marketing strategies.

  5. 5. Data-Driven Insights:

    Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms to track marketing performance across campaigns.

    Provide actionable insights to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

    Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with customer feedback and emerging trends.

  6. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with product updates, sales goals, and operational improvements.

    Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Skills
  1. Marketing Expertise:

    Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, campaign execution, or marketing strategy, ideally in Digital Products, PropTech, SaaS, or real estate.

    Hands-on experience with performance marketing, email campaigns, and social media marketing.

  2. Strategic and Creative Thinker:

    Ability to balance creative storytelling with analytical rigor, ensuring campaigns are both engaging and results-oriented.

    Strong understanding of brand-building principles and how they drive long-term business growth.

  3. Analytical and Data-Driven:

    Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.

    Skilled in interpreting data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

  4. Content and Communication:

    Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a knack for turning complex ideas into simple, engaging messages for diverse audiences.

    Proven ability to create content that educates, informs, and inspires action.
