About the Role:

  • In addition, you will record customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and update our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree is essential for this role.
  • You must possess strong persuasion and negotiation skills, as well as a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge are necessary to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection are vital for success in this position.
