The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and sending accurate invoices to clients, following up with clients on necessary paperwork, conducting thorough reviews of numerical data, analyzing payroll rates, supporting record-keeping efforts, and maintaining open communication with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients on necessary paperwork, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of numerical data to identify and correct errors.
  • Analyze payroll rates, actual hours worked, and schedule hours to detect underpayment or overpayment, and generate forecast reports to inform future planning.
  • Support record-keeping efforts by gathering, calculating, and inputting data accurately.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our organizational products and processes to provide expert support.
  • Maintain open communication with clients regarding outstanding timesheets and deadlines, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
