Job Title: Radiation Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiation Therapy Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing radiation therapy plans for patients with cancer, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver personalized radiation therapy treatment plans for patients with cancer.
  • Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and test results.
  • Stay current with the latest advances in radiation therapy technology and techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Medical Physics or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in radiation therapy, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
