We are hiring a Lead Generation and Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and expand our presence in Karachi. As a member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling ERP solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business needs analysis for potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP modules and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Consistently work to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with ERP solution features, updates, and industry best practices.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in ERP or SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with any ERP platform is an advantage).
  • Strong consultative selling skills and a client-first attitude.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales pipeline management.
