Business Development Specialist Job Description

We are a growing firm seeking an experienced business development specialist to identify and secure qualified appointments with potential small-to-medium business clients in the US/Canada. This is a performance-based trial project with strong potential for long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Research: Identify and vet high-quality leads (businesses needing bookkeeping/accounting services).
  • Outreach: Contact prospects via email, LinkedIn, or phone using professional, tailored messaging.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule confirmed meetings for our team (using Google Meet or similar).
  • Tracking: Provide weekly reports on leads contacted, appointments set, and pipeline status.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Relevant experience in prospect research and outreach.
  • A proven track record of securing qualified appointments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
