Job Title: Reception Support Specialist

Role Overview

This position involves providing top-notch support to clients, visitors, and employees in a welcoming and efficient manner.

Main Duties:

  1. Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and employees with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized at all times, creating a positive first impression.
  4. Contribute to administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  5. Coordinate the receipt and distribution of mail and deliveries to the appropriate department or individual.
  6. Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and information exchange.
