We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer/HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in a related field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle visitor inquiries.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
