Sales Manager Job Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring that we meet our sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • eMode Product Management: Continuously register products, SINS, and SIN Items on various platforms.
  • Licensing and Authorizations: Obtain necessary licenses and authorizations from manufacturers to list their products on approved directories.
  • Catalog Pricing: Negotiate competitive catalog pricing with manufacturers or their distributors to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness.
  • Bid Review and Analysis: Audit and review submitted bids, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase win rates.
  • GSA Bid Compliance: Ensure that all sales reps comply with Government FAR regulations when submitting bids for GSA contracts.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and interpret complex data to target high-potential geographic areas and demographic groups, determining the most effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of sales reps, making recommendations for hiring or firing based on performance metrics.
  • Status Updates: Provide regular status updates to executive management, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain healthy relationships with customers, engaging throughout the contract execution process and sending status updates and reporting emails.
Requirements:
  • GSA Procurement Experience: Possess experience with GSA procurement processes and regulations.
  • Government Procurement Experience: Have overall experience in government procurement, including knowledge of FAR regulations.
