As a professional in risk analysis, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks within an organization. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial stability of the company and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide analytical support to the Risk Management function as overseen by the Chief Risk Officer (CRO). The key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the CRO in delivering the risk management agenda across the business.
  • Conducting and documenting risk assessments (operational, financial, regulatory) and reporting findings to the EEA Chief Risk Officer.
  • Assisting in monitoring key risk indicators, risk appetite, trends, and emerging threats using data analytics tools.
  • Assisting in updating and maintaining risk registers and dashboards for the EEA Chief Risk Officer.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in risk tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Power BI), and excellent communication skills. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO) and experience working with large datasets. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with the Compliance and other functions to ensure consistent risk coverage.
