Job Title: Operational Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As an Operational Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and supplies across various locations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Monitor main runners, 3rd connections, trucks, and line haul containers for timely departures from origin and via stations.
  • Track stoppage time at via stations, investigate variations, and record for reporting purposes.
  • Keep track of timings of vans carrying material for aircraft movement.
  • Report incidents to the line manager while vehicles are in transit.
  • Prepare records of every (line haul) movement of vehicles for reporting.
  • Maintain daily correspondence with drivers, stations, and vendors via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Generate trip reports after completing round trips in overland vehicles originating from Karachi and submit them to the line manager for review.
  • Compile summary reports of all trips against overland vehicles originating from Karachi.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong follow-up skills

This is a rotational shift based position that requires strong follow-ups and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and supply chain management. You will be working closely with drivers, stations, and vendors to ensure that goods and supplies are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for monitoring the movement of goods and supplies, tracking stoppage times, and investigating any variations. You will also be required to maintain daily correspondence with drivers, stations, and vendors, and generate trip reports after completing round trips.
