Job Description:

This role involves coordinating logistics and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely departures from origin and via stations, managing vehicle stoppages, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with drivers, stations, and vendors to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Manage vehicle stoppages and record variations for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare daily reports on vehicle movements and trips.
  • Maintain accurate records of all trips and activities.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders through emails, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics operations.
