Senior Logistics Manager

As a senior logistics professional, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operation activities and managing domestic and international transportation to meet customer satisfaction.
You will communicate with customers, carriers, and internal management staff to ensure maximum branch operation growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and the ability to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and provide leadership to implement short-range plans and identify goals and objectives to meet the business mission.
- Manage daily operations to successfully deliver customer service and financial results.
- Increase productivity by implementing employee training programs, effective budgeting, eliminating inefficiencies, and capturing growth opportunities.
- Oversee air/ocean transportation, local distribution, drayage, logistics, and warehouse management functions.
- Ensure operational best practices align with customer requirements and company guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as logistics or supply chain management.
- At least 13 years of logistics management experience, including at least 5 years as a logistics manager with a proven record of leadership and performance.
- Strong understanding of the international transportation and freight forwarding industry.
