We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics Operations Director to lead our global logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of our logistics operations and drive business growth.

Job Description

The Logistics Operations Director will be responsible for managing key accounts, leading the group, and supporting warehouse management and strategic planning. They will oversee inbound/outbound, air/ocean transportation, local distribution, drayage, logistics, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of transportation modes, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trust with clients at all levels.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business-related field and 13+ years of experience in international freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or logistics sales. The successful candidate will be a team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to travel up to 30% in the U.S.
