Product Lifecycle Expert

We are seeking a skilled Product Lifecycle Expert to drive our product lifecycle from ideation to execution and scaling.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build and deliver products that cater to B2B customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle with autonomy, from concept to launch and growth.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
  • Deeply understand and solve the needs of B2B users.
  • Drive initiatives across software and hardware products.
  • Define, track, and analyse key product metrics to measure success and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform roadmap and product positioning.
  • Prioritize product initiatives and feature development within an agile framework.
  • Build strong alignment and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of owning and delivering successful B2B products.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking products from concept to launch and scaling.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is essential.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in building B2B products for business owners, employees, and operational staff.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
