Google Ads Campaign Manager

Windshield repair and replacement services company is seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage its digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Ads management, with at least 5 years of experience and active Google Search Ads Certification.

About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven professional to plan, execute, and manage our Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth keyword research, developing high-performing ad copy, and running A/B tests. You will also set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and phone tracking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Keyword Research and Ad Copy Development: Conduct thorough keyword research and develop high-performing ad copy to drive conversions.
  • Tracking and Analysis: Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and phone tracking platforms to measure campaign performance.
  • Bid Management and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Active Google Search Ads Certification.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, GTM, and phone tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and managing significant ad budgets.
  • Portfolio or list of companies/projects worked on with campaign goals and results.
