About this Role:
">Experience-driven Google Ads Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, strong analytical skills, and experience working with tracking tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple networks.
  • Conduct keyword research, develop high-performing ad copy, and run A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
  • Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics, GTM, and phone tracking platforms.
  • Build UTM links to accurately track campaign performance and traffic sources.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.
  • Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay current with Google Ads trends, policy changes, and new features.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Google Search Ads Certification is required.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, GTM, and phone tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and managing significant ad spend.
  • Must submit a portfolio or list of companies/projects worked on with campaign goals and results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
