Front Desk Officer

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile.
  2. Answer questions and address complaints in a professional manner.
  3. Redirect incoming calls or take messages as needed.
  4. Distribute received letters, packages, etc., efficiently.
  5. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
  6. Sort and forward emails promptly.
  7. Maintain accurate records and files.
  8. Monitor office expenses and costs closely.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned, including travel arrangements and scheduling tasks.
