As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Front Desk Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • In addition to handling correspondence and maintaining accurate records, the Front Desk Coordinator will also be responsible for preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents as required.
  • This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, email, and internet.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will possess excellent time management skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
