Pharmacy Supervisor

As a pharmacy professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective management of medications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy services, with experience in supervisory roles.
Safety and EffectivenessYou will be responsible for implementing and adhering to policies and procedures, as well as providing frontline team management and coaching to all pharmacy staff. This includes precepting and coordinating the training of pharmacy students, maintaining basic job needs such as interpretation of physician orders, intervention, compounding, dispensing, patient education, controlled drugs management and handling, and inventory management of pharmaceutical supplies.
Additionally, you will maintain a collegial relationship within and across departments, focusing on improving the image and performance of the department. You will also manage acute or shortage shifts and provide assistance and oversight to staff.
