We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our remote support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and employees. This involves managing schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered, updating vacation requests, call-offs, and client-requested changes. Your main responsibilities will include acting as the primary contact for clients and employees, assigning clients to appropriate employees, and maintaining an up-to-date list of on-call and backup staff. You will also need to communicate schedule updates and changes to employees clearly and promptly, and ensure all scheduled shifts are adequately staffed and completed, maintaining high client satisfaction through efficient scheduling and effective communication.

As a successful candidate, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be fluent in English. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you will be available to work 6 days a week with 9-hour shifts (Evening and Night Shifts), and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
