Remote Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support, manage schedules, handle communication, data entry, and general support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Scheduling: Manage schedules, calendars, and reminders to ensure seamless coordination within the team.
  • Communication: Handle communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues via phone, email, or other mediums.
  • General Support: Provide overall support to the team, including tasks such as research, travel arrangements, and event planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in cold calling or client handling.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software is beneficial.
  • Customer Service Background: Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous.
