We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Laravel Architect to lead our development team.

Job Description:

As a key member of our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our software applications. Your expertise in designing and developing large-scale web applications using PHP Laravel will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions.

You will work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate on architectural design and development, and mentor junior developers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Large-Scale Web Applications: You will lead the architectural design and development of complex web applications using PHP Laravel, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: You will work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and technical standards.
  • Mentor Junior Developers: You will provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge, and ensuring that they have the necessary expertise to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay Updated: You will stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years Experience: You must have at least 7 years of experience in PHP Laravel development, with a strong background in system architecture, REST API design, and microservices.
  • Strong Skills: You must have proficiency in OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns, as well as extensive experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), query optimization, and schema design.
  • Additional Skills: You must have experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, expert-level knowledge of performance optimization, scalability strategies, and system security, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
